Wild Berry staff win awards
Two recruitment stars based in Tottenham Court Road in London who work for Wild Berry Associates won awards at a ceremony held by their group.
Genevieve Seal and Nicola Marshall won, respectively, a ‘board recognition’ award and an ‘outstanding achievement’ award. Nicola also won a ‘temporary consultant’ award and Genevieve won a long service award. The event was held by Berry Recruitment Group (BRG) at the exclusive Centurion Golf Club near Hemel Hempstead, close to the company’s HQ in St Albans.
The conference and ceremony were for the four brands within the group which works from around 40 locations across England and Wales.
Managing director of BRG, Chris Chown, said: “Genevieve, as senior operations manager, was recognised by the board for her efforts throughout 2023. “She led the team through some tricky market conditions but ultimately the branch had a very good year.
“Nicola had another fantastic year through her hard work and talent and achieving great results not only for us but for her clients. With such talent at Wild Berry Associates we are anticipating continuing success through 2024.”
Mr Chown addressed the consultants at the conference and outlined why there was room for optimism in the economy and recruitment market this year. He also committed to continue investing in the group’s infrastructure including IT and internal training.
BRG has brands including Berry Recruitment, Wild Recruitment, Wild Berry Associates and First Recruitment Services.
