Terms and Conditions
1. You must be a registered candidate of Wild Berry Associates, or have previously been placed in a permanent position by Wild Berry Associates.
2. Vouchers will be sent to you if a friend that you recommend to Wild Berry Associates completes a) a minimum of 200 hours in a temporary booking with Wild Berry Associates or b) successfully passes 3 months' employment in a permanent role placed by Wild Berry Associates.
3. The person that you recommend must not have previously registered with Wild Berry Associates or been recommended to us by someone else.
4. We can only accept referrals for people who are already working in the UK, or those who are eligible to work in the UK.
5. To qualify for a reward, the above form must have been fully submitted and your referred friend must be placed within 12 months of their registration.
6. Please ensure that you obtain permission before providing your friend's contact details.
7. The referral will not qualify if Wild Berry Associates have been in contact with the referred candidate at any time in the last 12 months prior to the referral being made.

9. In the event of any dispute, Wild Berry Associates' decision will be final.
